Tactics

Strategically grow graduate and postdoctoral populations

FSU will strategically grow its graduate programs by focusing on doctoral students in STEM and research-intensive disciplines and by identifying key growth opportunities for master’s-level students.

Improve recruitment, retention, and support for graduate students and postdocs

In addition to using technology to identify top researcher and graduate students, FSU will be assessing the competitiveness of our award packages relative to national peers and finding new external resources to fund those increases.

Leverage technology and analytics to meet strategic priorities

FSU is expanding its use of data and analytics to identify, track, enroll, and retain top graduate students by using Graduate School resources to assist academic programs in their marketing and communication efforts.
